, Vintage, Slightly Used,  Armstrong 2-Arm Puller with a 13 Ton Capacity that has approximately 12" long legs,
Model Number 71-440,
Made in the USA,
that is in very good condition.
For its age, This machine looks to be hardly used, it does have minor scratches, slight discolor spots due to its age, storage and handling of the unit through the years, but these very minor issues does not take away from the functionality or overall appearance of the 2 arm Puller,
It is a great looking and a great working machine for its age.

You are buying this machine as a used machine that could have parts missing.
Condition of the Machine:
Overall the machine is in very good mechanical condition, and appearance, it may need some light cleaning, light oiling of the moving parts and adjustment of the tool.
There is no cracks,
No repair/welds on any of the legs or arms.
All pieces are just as they came from the manufacturer.
Due to the size of the puller it will be disassemble to fit inside the shipping box each piece is individually wrapped to protect during shipping and will need to be reassemble for use.
All parts/pieces are original items from the manufacturer.

I have disassemble the unit and wrapped in bubble and paper wrap separately inside the box with the puller as needed for shipping and handling.

that you do not throw out any of the bubble wrap/paper before checking the bubble wrap/paper and box for any components that I disassemble that may have shifted during shipping.
