Items must be returned within 30 days of the auction ending

Additional Information:
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged items if returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition. Because we sell collectible items, we will be strict on returns outside of this criteria, but this is decided on a case-by-case basis. In the instance that an item was damaged in shipping, we will assist in any insurance claims that need to be made by the buyer, but we expect that any responsibilities on the buyers end are handled by the buyer in accordance with the shipping providers. In the case of stolen packages, buyer is responsible for filing a police report and going through proper channels in order to get the prescribed resolution in accordance with the shipping providers' policies.
