The Hyper Tough 6-Piece Pin Punch Kit includes punches designed for removing pins, keys, rivets and other alignment parts which must be driven out or through the area in which they are placed. The sizes in the Hyper Tough set includes 1/16 inch, 1/8 inch, 5/32 inch, 3/16 inch, 1/4 inch and 5/16 inch. The punches feature heat-treated blades for superior strength and a black oxide finish to support decades of use and corrosion resistance. With the precision tip edge the set will also make accurate sharp cuts in thin metal sheets such as aluminum or stainless steel. Crafted from high-grade, heat treated, chrome vanadium steel these punches deliver fast, clean holes with a handcrafted working edge. The flattened head is slightly tapered into the larger body to prevent mushrooming when hit with a hammer. The punches also have a hexagonal body to keep them from rolling off flat surfaces when not in use. For removing rusted or bound fasteners be sure to use a Starter Punch first.
