This beautiful 16 inch wand is created from Bois d'Arc wood (Osage Orange) and all the twists and turns in this wand are 100% natural.  The eyes of the snake, the holes, rings, and pits were naturally created by nature during the tree's growth for full potency of this magical instrument.  The twist runs the length of the wand, providing stunning light and shadow along its gorgeous length.  The wand has been gently scraped to smooth to bring out the natural texture and grain of the Bois d'Arc wood.
Bois d'Arc wood is in tune with the mind, which makes it a natural vehicle for Occlumency.  This wand is excellent for protection against spells and will help one to understand themself.  The wood is extremely spiritual in nature and is most in tune with the mind.
