Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship all items within 1-3 business days upon payment receipt.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, outside of the US, Manhattan, or the Florida Keys.
You will be charged sales tax if the shipping address is in California or in other states where sales tax is required.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery or pick-up date. The buyer will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. To receive a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:
The product must be undamaged and unused.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
The product must have all accessories included.
If the order needs to be cancelled, you must inform us within 24 hours of the order's placement. Orders that have already been shipped may not be cancelled and are subject to our normal return policy.
Returns due to the customer changing their mind are still subject to our regular return policy terms and conditions. We guarantee prices for all completed orders. Order is considered complete when payment is processed regardless whether the product was actually delivered.
Special Cases:
Wrong Item Received:
In the event that an incorrect product has been shipped out to you, a replacement will be shipped out at no cost. Return shipping will be paid for by us and arranged by Fancy Bath Outlet. If the original incorrect item is not shipped back to us, you will be charged for the full amount of the original item.
Item Arrived Damaged:
In the event that you received a damaged product, please take pictures of the damaged product if possible and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date with the pictures. We will work with you towards providing a replacement or a refund. Claims that do not follow these rules may not be accepted. Replacements must be claimed prior to installation of the item in question, otherwise refunds and replacements will not be granted.
