    Vector P-158 Hand Spring Loaded Impact Punch Insertion Tool.For R31 , R32 Pins that are are used in electronic pc board applications. Very similiar to the Starrett spring load punches, but heavier spring action specifically for, installing terminals, wrap posts, eyelets in Vectorbord. Appears different anvil tips can be screwed in to tip for various applications. Has an adjustable spring which supplies installation impact force providing a consistent pressure force.
