    Vintage 1930's 40's Children's Black Straw Hat Tip Tippy with Strap
    Here is a nice children's black straw tippy hat, from the late 1930's to early 1940's.
    It features a black cloth strap attached to it.

    Outside Width - approx. 9.5"
    Outside Length - approx. 10"
    There is a small hole on the front crown brim,
    otherwise this is in pretty good condition!!
