Vintage EDM Gasket Punch Kit #8176521 Maybe NOS 3/16" to 3/8" Hollow Punch

I found this older punch set at an old estate. They may be unused. The punches have slight patina, a couple of black marks on a couple of them. The pouch has some soiling, not too bad. Thanks for looking.
